No. Everything we build is designed to be used by your actual team, not engineers. We include training and documentation as part of every engagement and make sure people are comfortable before we hand things over.

We start with a discovery call to understand your business and identify where we can have the biggest impact. From there we scope a solution, build and test it alongside your team, deploy it, and provide support as you use it in the real world.

It depends on the scope. Focused automations or integrations typically take 2 to 4 weeks. More complex systems with multiple connections or custom AI components take longer. We scope everything clearly before we start so you know what to expect.

Most projects are priced as fixed-fee engagements based on scope. We agree on price before work begins so you know exactly what you are paying. For ongoing maintenance or iterative work, we offer retainer arrangements as well.

Your data stays yours. We transfer ownership of all deliverables and credentials, and delete any copies we hold within 30 days.

We accept bank transfer, major credit cards, and ACH. Payment terms are agreed at the start of each engagement.

Projects are billed in milestones, so you only pay for work completed. If something is not delivered as agreed, we fix it.

Wherever you want it. We work within your existing infrastructure wherever possible -- your cloud environment, your databases, your servers. We do not require you to move data to our systems.

Yes. We have experience working with HIPAA, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks. We design solutions with compliance in mind from the start and can work within your existing compliance processes.

Most of our clients start here. We assess what you have, identify what is usable, help you clean and structure it, and design solutions that work with real-world data quality. You do not need perfect data to get value from AI.
